Please read these terms before you book a trip.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Grand Rock Safari you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed by our team. Prices are shown in the currency you select. Once a booking is made we contact you to confirm your pickup point and time. Payment is taken by card when you book, in the currency shown at checkout.
3. Changes and Cancellations
Where a trip page sets out its own cancellation terms, those terms apply to that booking. Where a trip page does not show cancellation terms, please contact us before the date of your trip and we will agree what is possible with you directly. We do not publish a blanket refund window.
4. Your Responsibilities
Please give accurate contact details when booking, so we can reach you about your pickup. Be at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time. Tell us before you book if anyone in your group is pregnant, has a back or heart condition, or has any other health condition we should know about, so we can say whether the trip is suitable.
5. Safety and Liability
Desert trips carry inherent risk. Please follow your guide's instructions and any safety briefing given before you set off. We are not responsible for loss or injury arising from a failure to follow those instructions, or from a health condition that was not disclosed to us.
6. Intellectual Property
The text, images and other content on this website belong to Grand Rock Safari or to its suppliers, and are protected by copyright. Please do not reuse them without permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of this site is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we handle it.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Any change takes effect when it is published here, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
